REFUND POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Kuomba offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Kuomba to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period.

• Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month.
• Annual plans are billed once per year and offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You will receive an email receipt from Stripe after each successful charge.

2. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to paid features until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We do not offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan remains active until the period ends and then lapses.

3. REFUND REQUESTS

In Short: We consider refunds within 7 days of a charge for genuine billing errors or service issues. We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind cancellations.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after confirmed cancellation).
• You experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the Services, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind or unused time within a billing period.
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge.
• Annual plans where usage has already begun, unless a qualifying technical issue applies.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue.

4. PRICE CHANGES

Kuomba reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue.
